How does a Mattress Fundraiser work?

The morning of the event our team transforms the school location into a huge mattress showroom. People shop from us just like they would any other mattress store. Upon making a decision, customers purchase from us, and we then order that product directly from our manufactures. They then make what we've ordered, so our mattresses are not sitting in a warehouse anywhere, they are made to order specifically for our customers. Standard turnaround time, from order to delivery, is 2 to 4 weeks, although we can often provide product faster when needed and can hold product for a delayed delivery.

What types of products do you carry?

At every event you'll find over 30 different mattresses ready for you to lay down on and try out. Quality name brands, all different styles and comfort levels; each available in any standard size you need it in along with adjustable frames, boxsprings and foundations, luxury pillows, mattress protectors, and sheets.

Like any store, we work directly with about a dozen manufacturers, who all make great product for us, predominantly right here in the pacific northwest!  You'll find a curated selection of Simmons Beautyrest, Southerland/Englander, American Sleep, and Therapedic, along with a few well-known online brands like Purple and Helix to name just a few of the great brands we carry! 

We strive to offer consumers costs savings over other retailers, with our everyday pricing coming in between 10 and 40% less than standard retail.  As a nontraditional mattress retailer though, we don't play what we refer to as mattress pricing games - one price today, different tomorrow, constantly changing and although we try to stay up on "sales" it can be difficult.  Minimally we'll match pricing on the exact same product AND your purchase will significantly support the group we are working with.  In general, our pricing starts at $249 for a basic twin mattress and goes up to about $4200 for a luxury king mattress, with price points for every budget in between.

What about delivery?

We offer a number of different delivery options depending on each specific mattress and individual customer's needs.  Some mattresses can be shipped directly to a customer through FedEx, while others require a physical pickup or home delivery via our local delivery partner, A-1 Distribution.  

Haul-away of an old mattress can be added to any scheduled home delivery at an additional cost. All mattresses removed are recycled and not dumped into a landfill.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment - cash, check, all credit cards (including Discover and American Express), debit cards, and even Apple Pay. Need financing? We partner with Preferred Credit to offer payment plans based on credit approval and also offer a no interest layaway option for credit challenged individuals.

What about warranties and comfort guarantees?

Every product we sell comes with a manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 year to 20 years depending on the product. If you have a problem with a product you purchased, please reach out to us so we can work with the manufacturer on your behalf.

In the event that you are unhappy with the comfort level that you purchased, we will work with you on a one-time comfort exchange. It takes a while for a new mattress to break-in, so we do ask that you try the mattress for a minimum of 30 days (from the date of delivery), although we recommend that you give it 60 to 90 days before making that decision. A new mattress needs time to break in and your body needs time to adjust to the new support level, which collectively can take up to 100+ days of everyday use.

How much money will the group make from my purchase?

We pay out to the groups we work with in a variety of different ways. They earn funds on absolutely everything we sell and on average earn between 40 - 60% of the net profits from the entire days event.
